This review critically assesses AllTubeDownloader, a YouTube video downloader, based on recent testing. Our findings reveal significant performance issues and security risks, leading us to strongly advise against its use. Performance: Slow, Unreliable, and Often Unsuccessful AllTubeDownloader's advertised "lightning-fast" download speeds are misleading. Our tests showed highly inconsistent download success rates, with many videos failing to download completely. Successful downloads were agonizingly slow, significantly slower than comparable software.
